These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of turf products from TURFD. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. TURFD acts solely as a reseller of turf, sourced from our partner turf farms.

TURFD is owned by Ecopositive Pty Ltd and is proudly Australian owned.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders submitted through our website or other channels are subject to acceptance by TURFD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmations will be sent via email once your order is accepted.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payments by credit card only. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. If any issues arise with payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
5. Pickup and Delivery
TURFD’s primary business model prioritises customer pickup of turf products at designated locations. In some instances, our partnered turf farms may offer delivery to your property at their discretion. If delivery is provided, responsibility for the shipment—including risk of loss or damage—passes to the partner turf farm once the turf is dispatched. TURFD does not accept any liability for issues related to delivery by our partner turf farms.
6. Product Sourcing and Quality
TURFD sources its turf from carefully selected partner turf farms. We strive to ensure that all products meet high-quality standards; however, product specifications and descriptions are provided by our partners. In the event of a quality issue, please contact us promptly, and we will work with our partners to address your concerns.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the living nature of turf, all sales are generally final. If turf is defective or significantly not as described, the customer must contact TURFD within 24 hours of delivery. A complaint must be lodged in writing via email, accompanied by photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or discrepancy. As turf is a living product, it is recommended that it be laid immediately upon delivery and watered well. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may affect any claim for a refund or replacement.
8. Limitation of Liability
TURFD, its owners (Ecopositive Pty Ltd), and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our turf products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the TURFD website, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of TURFD or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced or used without our express written consent.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Queensland.
11. Amendments
TURFD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

13. Force Majeure
TURFD shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather events that affect turf cutting or impede delivery to any address, government restrictions, labour disputes, or other unforeseen emergencies.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Once turf is in your possession—whether by pickup or delivery—it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product immediately. Proper installation and immediate watering are essential for the viability of turf. Failure to adhere to these practices may affect the quality of the turf and any potential claims for defects.
15. Product Descriptions and Advice
TURFD makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, including turf species, quality, and recommended maintenance practices. However, actual turf performance may vary based on local conditions and proper care. Customers are encouraged to review the details provided and, if necessary, seek professional advice to ensure the selected turf meets their specific needs.
16. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of turf, once an order is confirmed and processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before submission. TURFD reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of supply constraints or errors in product information.
