Empire Zoysia is a popular, low-maintenance, dark green turf grass known as for its easy care, great heat tolerance, good shade tolerance (4-5 hrs sun), strong wear recovery. It's ideal for South East Queensland climates needing less watering, mowing, and fertilizer, resisting pests and weeds, making it great for residential lawns, slopes, and sadny/coastal areas.
Is Empire Zoysia a good grass?
Empire Zoysia is a great grass / turf. Perfect for South East Queensland Conditions with high wear and tear that looks great with a softer finish. The only downside is that it grows slowly from seed, so best to purchase slabs and install.
